2001
Artisan enters UNE-P interconnect agreement with Southwestern Bell Telephone and becomes a certified CLEC reselling Southwestern Bell Telephone in the 13 state SBC territory.
2004
Artisan enters the VoIP market with the leading carrier grade hosted PBX VoIP platform
2005
Artisan relocates headquarters from Dallas Texas to Austin in order to attract talent from the coasts as well from the University of Texas and the highly educated, technical workforce residing in Austin
2006
Artisan becomes an international phone company with many customers opening locations throughout Canada and Europe
2008
